Now Tereasa has got her ornament I made her I can show you all, I enjoy cross stitch but quilting kind of took over so I don't do as much as I used to. I enjoyed making this snowman into a mini cushion,

Flower bed quilt

I have shown this quilt before but the photo wasn't very good and I wanted one for my quilt journal so here is my Bronwyn Hayes flower bed quilt, I did make a few changes from the opriginal pattern and I added the patchwork blocks, I'm so happy with this quilt. I just love the fabrics, they are Robert Kaufmann.

Civil war bocks


My favourite fabrics are reproduction and I Have been going through my stash and looking at all the beautiful civil war fabrics I have collected, I thought I would start doing something with them so yesterday I made these little blocks, if I make enough I will make them into a quilt of some kind.

I have been very busy working on my blocks of Kerry Gillespie's quilt called Life's pleasures and treasures, I'm onto the 6th block, only one more to go and I can start sewing them onto the quilt top, its such a fun quilt to work on.
