A few things

 Towards the end of Autumn I was driving through the park to take our youngest son  to school and the autumn leaves were all over the ground under this huge tree, they were so lovely so I thought I would take a few quilts down for a photo shoot.
 They looked so good amongst the leaves.
 I called this one my camouflage quilt. Its a Leanne Beasley design I did a few years ago using my favourite autumn tones.It blends in beautifully with the leaves.
 Yesterday I spent the day with my good friend Marina,  she has just come back from an amazing holiday in America and she bought me home a few goodies.
 Last week I bought myself a present from work, a gorgeous layer cake by my favourite fabric designers Bonnie and Camille. I have big plans for this fabric.
Today I worked on this block, also for work. Its the last block  and its almost finished. I'm looking foreward to sewing the quilt together and having it all finished.

Both of your quilts look fabulous. You found the perfect setting for a photo shoot. I've got my beady eye on some Happy Go Lucky fabric too... needless to say I'm a tiny bit envious of your layer cake. I know you'll make something gorgeous with it. Hugs....:o)
