which do you like best? For me its sewing everytime. I get the urge to cook at times and I like to make lunch box treats for the boys. This morning I worked on a block for "Remember when" quilt by Libby Richardson, this is sample for the shop, when I finish I'll show a photo. I also made a start on a table runner that I have had in the planning for ages. Today I sewed many 4 patches and half square triangles. This is what I have made so far. 4 rows together and I love it already.
The fabric is Collections for a cause, of course its a beautiful reproduction range, my favourite kind.
In between sewing my blocks I made these 2 cakes, don't they look yummy.
I also made this Lemon and passion fruit slice, the boys got into it before I was ready to take photo. Its so easy to make I thought I would share the recipe with you.

Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the middle, make a well in the middle and pour in melted butter. Mix well. Press firmly into the bottom of a tin lined with baking paper.
Cook for 12 minutes or until golden.
Combine topping ingredients and pour over base and bake a further 8-10 minutes. Until the top is set.
Allow to cool and chill over night.
Lift slice from tray and peel away paper, cut into pieces and drizzle with extra passionfruit.
Enjoy.
