Here is Sarah and Leanne with Sarah's beautiful noticeboard from the vignette magazine.
Leanne sat at our table and chatted with us all and showed us a few new techniques on paper piecing.
Here is leanne's hexagon quilt, its truly amazing and I loved seeing all the beautiful fabrics Leanne used. She even did fussy cutting in some blocks using Rosalie's new fabric. I am going to attempt my own hexagon quilt, who would like to join me?
I told you I didn't get much stitching done, look at this. I think I maybe did 50 stitches in all. There was just so much to take in and things to see. I couldn't concentrate on stitching.
I have done a few more stitches since last Saturday, I'll share that with you later.

Thankyou for sharing the photos of wonderful gathering you recently attended.
I'd love to join you in doing Leanne's hexagon quilt ... but I think mine will only make the size of a table runner - I'm also trying to do the quilt from Vignette and Down in the Garden... so a table runner will be it!
Happy stitching, P
Lovely pics Leanne...Your Postcard Quilt is Great..Glad you got the chance to Meet your Idol in Person...

LOL! I love how you barely touched your stitchery, but I would have just been gawking myself so I definitely don't blame you! It's so lovely you got to photograph your gorgeous work with the designer!
