My christmas Scrappy trip along quilt is all quilted. I went to work yesterday and quilted it. Its always fun when I get to play with my own quilts on the long arm.
The pattern I chose to do is called Passionfruit, it was such a fun design.
And here it is in all her glory, so pretty with all my favourite christmas prints and a few others thrown in,
I only had small pieces of some fabrics so I had to cut each individual square to 2 1/2 inches, it was a slow process but once I got going it wasn't too bad.
Now to find some binding. I want a stripe I think.
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend, I have some baking to do and of course I'll fit in some sewing somewhere throughout the day.
Take care.

Your quilt is gorgeous Leanne. How lucky to have access to a long arm to quilt your own quilts. You enjoy your Sunday too. I'm off to watch Nelson play his preliminary footy final.
Its a beautiful quilt Leanne, always nice to have a finish!
Georgeous Quilt Leanne. lovely quilting designs.
A striped binding would be perfect. I've enjoyed watching this one grow. hugs
Your quilt is gorgeous. Always a plus when you can mix work with personal projects.

Very nice quilt! I think a red and white candy cane stripe would be perfect. xx debbie
I love it! I am so tempted to start one of those, but I'm going to resist until I get some UFOs finished.
It's gorgeous Leanne, you are so clever to be able to long arm quilt your own quilts! Beautiful quilting pattern, hugs Wendy

Looks fantastic Leanne.
That is the prettiest Christmas quilt I have seen. My goodness it was well worth the work of all that small squares cutting ;-) Love the panto choice too.
Wonderful Leanne, your quilt is fantastic. Is it easier to use a quilting pattern like this or to make it up as you go along?
