Unfortunately we don't have a spare room in our house for me to use as a sewing room, so I have to store all my quilting goodies and fabrics in boxes in the laundry. This is a good way of storing things but it can get very messy so today I decided to have a clean up. it went from this...... boxes overflowing with my reproduction fabrics

I am slowly trying to sort out all my fabrics...........I have way to much stuff and it is all mixed up.........
Very neat and tidy! I did mine last year, but sadly %) I have added to the stash again and it needs redoing - BADLY!!!!!
Good idea Leanne! But I can tell you, after a while you dont put them back as neat (from experiance lol).

PS: Your Flower Sugar quilt is looking beautiful
That is a good idea but I dont have under bed storeage I have that No control bed fantastic bed but no under storage
Its great to have a tidy isnt it? I have unfortunately just messed mine up a little looking for that "perfect" piece
Its so good to have spring clean now and then. I think it also cleans the mind and new inspriation is found when you discover forgoten fabrics in your stash. xx
Great Job now you can see at a glance what fabrics you have...
Bet you feel better for it too...
cheers
Looking good! Thankfully, we get the urge to clean up once in a while (with me, however, it's not very often)!
That is a great storage idea. I have a huge low tub with wheels on one end. I'll fill it up with my CW fabs and roll under spare bed.
Yup, the trick part is keeping the fabrics neetly sorted :) LOL
