When I went to Hobart for our sewing day a couple of weeks ago with Lynette Anderson and Helen Stubbings both designers had a little shop so I came home with a few new goodies. I bought these wooden cotton holders, they are so sweet.
I also bought this little case, I had the book already and all the instructions are in it to make a cover.
I started making the hexagons for the back,
I also bought this cute sewing pattern, I thought it would look quite nice in my sewing room somewhere.
Tonight I'm joining in Friday night sew in, go here if you would like to join in. Have a great night.

Love your hexies, such pretty colours! I have some on the go too, mainly for when I know I have to wait at the Dr's office or am too tired to concentrate on something more complicated. xx debbie

Wow Leanne, I have seen that little case, I'm sure you will do a fine job of it, I'm curious about how the hexagons actually stay in place on the cover. Enjoy! x
