Do you have a favourite fabric designer? I have more than one but my favourite right now is Fig Tree quilts. I love all their fabrics and I love how each range goes with another. I am excited to show you my new floor cushions that I designed, yes all in fig tree fabrics. These were published in Patchwork & stitching magazine Vol 16 No 10.
I even made the cover so that is even more special.
They always do lovely photography.
I am also making a few little stars for another project.
Here is my newest finish. I actually started hand quilting this quilt but I didn't like it so I spent 2 nights unpicking it all, now its going to Sarah for her to work her magic on the long arm.
I bought this wooden wagon ages ago and had it outside ready to put some plants but I thought it would look good inside so I filled it up with some table runners. Doesn't it look sweet?
So thats what I have been up to lately. I hope you are having a lovely weekend.

I love Fig Tree patterns but there's a little too much yellow in her fabric ranges for my taste. Right now, 3 Sisters fabrics are my favourite but the past ranges which aren't available any more! Love your cushions - especially the basket block one. Terrific projects for a magazine. What a gorgeous quilt (more baskets yay!). Sarah will quilt it beautifully too. Pretty projects to brighten a greyish day in Sydney.
I forgot to mention how adorable your little wagon is. Perfect for your table runners!
Great finishes. I love your quilt wagon. So much prettier than it being outside. As for fabrics, it has to be either batiks or Moda marbles ( or similar). Alot of the fabric around today is a bit too twee and cutesy for me
Great cushions and quilt!
Love your little wagon.
Thanks for kind words on my blog!
Hello Leanne! Love your latest quilt and congratulations on being a cover girl with your fabulous cushions! Your wagon full of quilts is an adorable addition to your home! Hope you are having a great weekend! Christine x
All so pretty Leanne! Love the little wagon with the table runner display! I seemed to get a lot done, even though I started the weekend looking for my sew-jo!
Love the wagon - what a great way to store your table runners. Lovely cushions and basket quilt.
I really love your pillows, Leanne! How wonderful that it made the cover of the magazine!!! All of your creations are so pretty :) That wagon is darling too, I'd love to find something like that. My husband and I go antique hunting from time to time...
Your cushions are lovely, Leanne, as is your quilt top. I love the wagon with your runners in it.
I love fig tree quilts as well. I love the softness of the colors and the way all the lines work so well together. Even if I just buy a few half yards of one I know I can always pull from older lines to round it out. You are such a good finisher.
The wooden wagon is lovely with the tablerunners! I think you can almost start a shop with all your goodies Leanne :-)
Beautiful fabrics and gorgeous pillows. Your little wagon is adorable, and so lovely to display your pretty makes.
